Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns. However, we offer size exchanges under specific conditions.
β Exchange Policy
We allow one-time size exchange if:
β’ You contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
β’ The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
β’ Tags and packaging are intact
π You are responsible for sending the item back to us. Once we receive and inspect it, we will ship the new size.
β No Returns or Refunds
β’ We do not accept returns for change of mind, dislike, or wrong product choice.
β’ We do not offer refunds unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
β’ Email us at support@femmorah.com within 24 hours
β’ Share your order number and clear photos of the product
β’ We will offer a full replacement or refund after review

β’ Sale items and discounted products are final sale
β’ Exchange requests beyond 48 hours of delivery will be declined
