Exchange And Return Policy

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns. However, we offer size exchanges under specific conditions.
✅ Exchange Policy
We allow one-time size exchange if:
• You contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
• The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags and packaging are intact
🚚 You are responsible for sending the item back to us. Once we receive and inspect it, we will ship the new size.
❌ No Returns or Refunds
• We do not accept returns for change of mind, dislike, or wrong product choice.
• We do not offer refunds unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.
📦 Damaged or Defective Product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
• Email us at support@femmorah.com within 24 hours
• Share your order number and clear photos of the product
• We will offer a full replacement or refund after review

• Items like panties, bodysuits, and babydolls are non-returnable & non-exchangeable
• Sale items and discounted products are final sale
• Exchange requests beyond 48 hours of delivery will be declined
